Neil Mack
Director, Operations & Sales
Neil, with over 35 years of construction experience, began at the age of 17 and has since progressed to becoming a Residential Licensed Builder in BC & Alberta. He's rebuilt after major disasters, such as floods and wildfires in BC & Alberta and has also dedicated time and effort in volunteer work in Haiti. He's been intrenched with the insurance industry throughout his career, including working in renovation and the rebuilding of new homes. He's well known and respected in the industry.
Bob Roy
Director, Business & Finance
Bob, brings over 25 years of experience in construction business management, spanning diverse industries. He also spent seven years as a residential homebuilder in BC and Alberta, with a strong focus on finance and risk management. His accounting and credit management designations enable him to guide clients through strategic planning and problem-solving, delivering effective solutions at every step.
