Construction Process

1. CONSULTATION

Meet with and discuss the owner(s) vision, the goals, and the complete building process. Identify any changes from the scope of work, the schedule and / or the budget.

2. DESIGN

Produce and agree the final drawings and plans with owner(s). Review local bylaws guidelines and all changes to the plan in line with the budget. Engineer to stamp approval and then submit to town / city hall for approval.

3. BUDGETING

Full audit of all building costs and subtrade quotations. Identify value savings by suggesting changes in material / scope of work. Finalize full building budget to be signed off by the owner(s). Review and agree the payment terms with owners(s).

4. PRECONSTRUCTION

Approved drawings ready to apply for all permits with local jurisdiction. Have sign off from all consultants on all documents. Have complete building schedules and milestones. Have sign off for Construction phase.

5. CONSTRUCTION

Agreed communications in place for progress reports. Site protection, site audits and regular site cleaning. Project management and tracking. Onsite sub trade management and quality control. Carry out all inspections to ensure all work in compliance with code

Suburb Houses

6. COMPLETION

Debris disposal and site clean. Site walk through with owner(s). Owner(s). to move into their beautiful new home. Enjoy our warranty program for a peace of mind.
